App Store Description

The new Ticket Hero app makes disputing your parking fine fast and easy. After providing some simple information and pictures we will start the process of disputing your fine.

Using this one app allows you to appeal all your parking tickets. You no longer need to find out the specific processes and procedures for the council that issued your ticket.

Key features include:
• Simple registration to allow you to get started as soon as you get a fine.
• Easy to follow instructions and information requirements to help you lodge your tickets with ease.
• NO COST to you unless we successfully appeal your ticket.
• Benefits available for referring friends.
• View the progress of your appeal and see all previous appeals you have submitted with us.

- What do we do?

Ticket Hero offers simplicity and information.

The simplicity we offer is provided by our central platform where our customers can appeal parking expiations issued in any available Australian jurisdiction. Users submit their parking expiations to the relevant authority for appeal via our App. If unsuccessful, the service is free. If successful, customers are charged 25%-35% of the total expiation amount.

The information we offer is provided throughout our App and our periodic reports. Councils do not typically release their parking fine data and even when they do, it can be difficult to find and analyse. We routinely analyse parking data and provide relevant insights to our customers including:
1. Where parking expiations are issued most often;
2. What fines are issued for; and
3. The types of appeal that are most successful.

South Australia has a population of approximately 1.7 million people and the Adelaide city council alone issues approximately 170,000 parking expiations each year totalling over $10 million.

New South Wales has a population of approximately 7.5 million people and approximately 1.4 million parking expiations are issued each year totalling over $200 million.

- Which rules apply?

Parking expiations are issued by local government (councils) such as City of Sydney or City of Adelaide. Most councils have different appeal processes and rules and it can be difficult to find and navigate these processes within the short timeframes provided. Ticket Hero APP is a platform that provides a convenient and central platform for customers to appeal parking expiations issued by any Australian council.

After registering an account in our APP, customers can apply for an appeal simply by taking photos and checking a couple of boxes. Compared with the individual websites for each council, our APP greatly reduces the difficulty for users to apply for an appeal and will provide information to allow users to improve the success of an appeal.

- How much will it cost me?

Ticket Hero is owned and operated by locals with a passion for justice and fairness. We therefore believe that it is important that our customers are not charged if their appeals were unsuccessful. We only charge our customers a small fee if their appeal is successful and this charge will always be 35% or less than the parking expiation.

With Ticket Hero our customers do not have to be concerned about the cost or effort of an appeal. It is easy and they could save money with a couple of clicks.

Ticket Hero also has rewards for its customers that refer their friends. Once a customer signs up, they can refer friends immediately for potential rewards.
