Ticket HQ

Ticket HQ iOS application is designed to work with the Ticket HQ service, which allows you to create, send and verify eTickets for your events. Using Ticket HQ iOS application and your iOS device you can verify eTickets at the door to your events.

IMPORTANT: Please note that you need a Ticket HQ account to use this iOS application.

The application has the following features:

1. Download your events, dates and eTickets to your device
2. View events, dates and eTickets
3. Scan & verify eTickets with your iOS device
4. Control how your device connects to the Ticket HQ service

No additional hardware is required, the ticket scanning is done in seconds through your iOS device's camera. Please note that this application will only work with iOS devices that feature a camera.

The application has been designed to work with multiple devices at the same event, however all devices verifying entry must be connected to the Internet, this is to ensure that all ticket validation data is relayed to all devices.

If you are unable to connect to the Internet at your events venue the application is designed to allow a single device to work in offline mode.
