1. Subscription service: Tide Weather Premium - consecutive monthly subscription (1 month), Tide Weather Premium - consecutive monthly subscription (6 months), Tide Weather Premium - consecutive annual subscription (12 months)

2. Subscription price: $0.99 / month for continuous monthly product, $4.49/ half year for continuous monthly product, $8.99 / year for continuous annual product

3. Payment: Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase

4. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
