Time For Change (TFC) is a clinical employment program. We are a very unique agency in that we have Employment Services for Employers and for clients whom are placed in employment by way of TFC. We have the only clinical provider whom has successfully implemented Employment Services for the highest level of care and chronically homeless individuals in the District of Columbia.
