Setting a TimeLimit is as simple as choosing a time and saving it.
For ScheduleBlock, simply select "Everyday" or choose specific days and times to add.
These are the main functions; there are no complex features whatsoever.

2. Unlocking Blocks Requires a small amount of Donation; Main Features Are Free
It's said that people are more motivated by the desire to avoid losses than to achieve gains. This human cognitive tendency is termed "loss aversion" in psychology. This app counters the impulse and craving (dopamine) to use smartphones.
