- Modify your fasting plan on the go, even while the timer is running.
- Choose from five pre-set fasting plans and set your meal times with ease.
- Edit the start time for the current session during your fasting period.
- Save and edit your most recent fasting results during your eating window.
- If fasting feels too challenging today, use the 'Break the Fast' button to end it early and save your progress.
- To begin fasting a bit earlier today during your mealtime, select the 'Start Fast Early' button to adjust your fasting start time for this session.
- Review your fasting records for the past week in a graph and track your progress in the calendar alongside your goal achievements.
