At first launch enable the access to save all your fitness/workout information, then you can track continuously your progress. Connect to Apple’s Health app to have your workout types automatically sync to your health and fitness dashboard.
- Cross Training: for exercise that includes any mixture of cardio, strength, and flexibility training.
- Functional Training: for strength training, primarily with free weights and body weight.
- Cardio Training: for performing any mix of cardio-focused exercises.
- Yoga Training: for practicing yoga.
