TimeToWork: Comprehensive Time Attendance Solution


TimeToWork is a cloud-based, multilingual time attendance application that streamlines attendance tracking for businesses of all sizes. Our platform allows clients to create customized company profiles and effectively manage departments and employees. Subscription plans are based on the number of active employees, providing flexibility to meet each client’s unique needs, with annual payment options available.


Employee Data Management

Directors and Managers can import new employees into the system with the minimum required information, including:

First Name
Last Name
Department
Timeshift Type (Steady, Weekly Shift, or Flexible)
They can also grant employees credentials for mobile attendance (username/password). Employees have the option to accept or deny geolocation tracking while checking in, and Directors/Managers can accept attendance without geolocation if necessary.

Attendance Tracking Methods

TimeToWork offers three effective methods for managing attendance:

SOYAL Hardware Access Controllers: Employees can access the system using proximity cards, QR codes, or fingerprint authentication for secure tracking.
Mobile Application: Our iOS app enables easy attendance recording, enhancing accessibility.
Hybrid System: Clients can combine mobile app access with hardware control for flexibility. Access to the mobile app is managed by company Directors or Managers, ensuring that only authorized personnel can record attendance remotely.

Application Features

The back-end platform allows Directors or Managers to manage employee information, track attendance, process leave requests, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.


Data Integrity and Security

TimeToWork ensures data integrity by storing attendance records in an encrypted local database within the employee's mobile app. If offline during attendance, records are securely sent to the client's database via our API bridge once connectivity is restored.

Deleting the app removes all associated data, including user credentials and attendance records.


Data Privacy and Compliance

Committed to user privacy, TimeToWork complies with all relevant data protection regulations, including the European GDPR. The app obtains user consent for geolocation tracking through standard iOS Location Services permissions. Additionally, it requests temporary camera permission (if needed) to read a QR code in order to capture and input the data for the API key/subdomain during the initial setup of the app.


Geolocation Information

The TimeToWork app collects geolocation data only during clock-in and clock-out, with the user's explicit permission. The app does not share information/location data with third-party companies. Geolocation data collected is used strictly for accurate attendance activities.



Payment Method

Employees can access the TimeToWork mobile app at no cost, as it is provided free of charge. However, to use the app, employees must be part of a company with an active subscription to the TimeToWork web application.
