A new start-up has just born in Indonesia - TIPS. The idea behind TIPS is 'Titipin Penumpang Saja’ (Pass it to a passenger) - maximizing domestic airline passenger's baggage allowance by using it for shipments between cities.

Airline passengers (TIPSTER) will be getting incentive by sharing their baggage allowance. Anyone (SHIPPER) can ship goods fast, safe, and conveniently with an affordable rate.

As our commitment to provide convenience and peace of mind for the passengers who will be sharing their baggage allowance, we make sure every shipment will go through our multilayered security check and safety procedures operated by Angkasa Pura Logistik or Angkasa Pura Kargo. We are also partnering up with Citilink (member of Garuda Indonesia Group), the Indonesian LCC airline company with the highest OTP (On Time Performance) currently, to ensure all packages being delivered on time.

How-To for PASSENGER or TIPSTER:
• Register your flight through the app.
• Wait for matching-shipment. When matching-shipment is available confirm on the app.
• On your departure date, find TIPS Counter at the Departure Terminal, get your barcode scanned.
• Proceed to check-in at Citilink counter. You are not required to carry the package. Packages will be handled by TIPS Crew who is assisting you during check-in. You may do the normal check-in procedure.
• Upload the luggage tag with the TIPS app.
• Fly to your destination.
• Hand over the luggage tag to the TIPS Crew at the Arrival Terminal and you may leave right away, no waiting time needed.
• Incentive is automatically added to your TIPS Credit balance once the TIPS Crew verified your delivered-package.

Passengers who will be flying without using their check-in luggage allowance can be a TIPSTER by registering their Citilink flight details from and to Soekarno Hatta International Airport (Jakarta - CGK), Ngurah Rai International Airport (Bali - DPS), Juanda International Airport (Surabaya - SUB).

How-To for SHIPPER:
• Register your shipment through the app.
• Our staff will contact you through a phone call for confirmation.
• Wait for the TIPS Crew to pick up your shipment.
• Pay for the shipment during pick up.
• Track the shipment through the app.
