Well - most of the time it’s not the beer out of the KEG that’s causing that, but bad hygiene of the dispensing systems which is destroying the original fresh taste of the fine brews. Beer lines are cleaned regularly, but how can you make sure that they are really clean, since you can’t take a look inside the closed dispensing systems?
TM puriSCOPE NG can actually take a look into otherwise unaccessable systems. It is a system consisting of a photometer and a reporting app to measure the hygienic status inside beverage dispensing systems. The system works in combination with a colour changing cleaning solution (TM DESANA MAX FP), which is used for cleaning the inner surfaces of dispensing systems.
The solution changes colour from purple to green if the lines were dirty. However it stays purple if the lines are in perfect hygienic condition. So it tells you IF your lines are contaminated - and TM puriSCOPE NG tells you HOW contaminated they are by putting a number behind the colour change.
Just place the photometer into the TM DESANA MAX FP solution that was soaking inside the dispensing system for 5 minutes and read the verification result within seconds on the integrated display. Use the app to archive your data and generate digital reports.
