TMAC FITNESS was created by former University of Florida football player,Todd McCullough aka TMAC. These workouts combine what TMAC learned as an athlete with his 10+ years as a yoga teacher.
Everyday we have the opportunity to show up in a postive mindset or a negative one. What's helped me over the years is working out and meditating before I look at social media or work emails. I call this getting my MIND RIGHT each day.
