This app uses standard weights of 96kg per adult and 48kg per child to calculate your limitation based on aircraft limiting weights.
Enter your block fuel and trip fuel to see all limitations as well as underload and maximum fuel for the flight.

Works on any aircraft and has default values for B737-800.
