But what if you crash and lose your consciousness despite a helmet? In the open terrain or on a remote street? Nobody nearby who can help you? Then Tocsen will help you! The system consists of a crash sensor which is mounted to your helmet and a smartphone app. If the sensor detects a crash, an alarm will sound and your smartphone will ask how you're doing. If you don’t answer, Tocsen will send an alarm to your emergency contacts and to the Tocsen community.
