Top to Bottom Plumbing App

Attention all Property Managers! Take advantage of the TTBP App and earn TTBP Reward Points for job your book and pay for with the TTBP Team.

The more jobs you book and pay for in a calendar month, the more points you’ll earn!

Choose from iPhones, Meal Vouchers, Skydiving, Gift Cards and Hampers. You could even claim credits towards your next plumbing job (up to $300 value). New rewards will be added each month!

Getting started is easy, simply install the app and ‘Request an Account’. Once approved, your account will be linked to TTBP’s existing job tracking system (ServiceM8) and you will start to accrue reward points that can be claimed directly from the app.

1. Who can use this app?

This app is designed for use by existing Top To Bottom Plumbing Property Managers.If you are a Property Manager currently using another plumbing service, why not give our friendly team a try? After completing your first job you’ll be eligible for a Loyalty account (and you’ll be added to our job tracking system). NOTE: Rewards displayed in artwork may not be currently available.

2. I have more than one Property Manager at my business, can they still use the app?

Yes, multiple Property Managers can use the TTBP Loyalty app, and points for jobs will be accrued separately.

3. How are points accumulated?

100 point/s earned for every 100 dollars spent with TTBP each month (up to $1,000), with 200 point/s earned for every 150 dollars spent with TTBP each month (over $2,000) each month. In addition you’ll earn bonus points for the number of jobs completed and paid for.
