The target audience is for homeowners who would like HVAC (Heating & Air Conditioning) services for their home.

The purpose of the app is to make it easy to contact Total Air & Heat and to share with them any issues that they're having and get service scheduled quickly.

To accomplish this, we've included several different types of contact forms and phone number contact methods. We're really excited about the "photo quote" feature where a customer can send in a photo of their problem to get a better diagnosis.
