Toto Shine magazine is a a bi-monthly digital magazine dedicated to empower, encourage and motivate kids to love to read, write and draw. The magazine is written and illustrated by young writers and artists age 6-14. The stories, poems and artworks will not just impart young children with knowledge but also encourage them to write, read or draw through inspired with examples of the best work by their peers.
