Through the app, orders and quotes can be processed with the customer receiving instant confirmation documents, and the event is synchronised back to the office for processing within minutes.
Toucan includes features to dynamically present your product catalogue, create customer wish lists, showcase product lines, and promote sales of frequently purchased products. Customer relations are managed via key data from your back office system in conjunction with our note taking and interactions features; easily integrate Toucan with external calendars to manage your scheduling in one place. Toucan provides live information on order taking and interaction performance, as well as allowing users to set targets to increase productivity.
