you wanted to quickly check your notifications before bed… now it’s hours later and you’re watching conspiracy theories about the moon landing. you had your chance. you blew it. boomers telling you to put your phone down didn’t work either. so, we made an app to put your phone down for you.  

touch grass harnesses the magic of brain rot to help you reclaim your sleep, inner-peace, and focus. here’s how it works:
1) select situations where you want to limit distracting apps (ex. limit instagram and tiktok before bed)
2)  set breaks to use distracting apps during those situations* (ex. two 5-minute breaks and one 10-minute break… or try no breaks and begin the path to enlightenment)
3)  when the block is active, you’ll see our homemade, brain rot-inspired memes– unless you take a break*
4)  use your breaks to scroll guilt-free! touch grass will not let you end your block early or add more breaks. you’ll never need willpower to stay off distracting apps again
5) start a one-time block with ease whenever you need to touch grass on the fly*
6)  schedule vacations from blocks for when you’re out of your routine and life demands unlimited scrolling*
