Track My Training gives you the ability to:

- Create your own workouts from scratch using our large list of exercises or adding your own.
- Using the exercise instructions and notes functionality within the workout builder to create supersets, pyramid sets and more.
- Track your progress on a certain exercise each time you do a workout monitoring the number of sets and reps completed using a certain weight.
- Compare your workout intensity to previous sessions as well as in the last seven days.
