TrackTrace: Animal Footprint

This is an interactive reference book and an exciting game at the same time, where everyone can study and recognize animal tracks. The application combines an educational and a game format, turning the learning process into an exciting adventure. It is suitable for children, parents, travelers, researchers and anyone who loves nature and wants to learn to see more in the world around them.

The first section is called the Track Guide. This is a handy reference guide that contains images of tracks of wild, domestic and exotic animals. In the collection you can find a wide variety of fauna: tiger, dog, elephant, ostrich, fox, giraffe, wild boar, crocodile, horse, sheep, wolf, squirrel, cow and many others.
The second section is the Track Quest. This is a game mode that tests knowledge and attentiveness. The user is shown one footprint, and four animal options are displayed below. The task is to choose the correct answer. Every right decision brings us closer to new discoveries, and mistakes turn into an excuse to take a closer look and remember the details. The application provides three game modes: Casual — unlimited, for quiet learning; Survival — three mistakes mean the end of the game, which adds challenge and excitement.; Timed — you need to guess as many as possible in 60 seconds to test your reaction speed and knowledge.

The application also provides a project support function. This is an opportunity to contribute to the development so that new animals will appear in the future, the base of tracks will expand, additional modes and functions will be added. Even a small contribution helps to make the application more useful and interesting.
