How to be a traffic controller?
Make sure the flow is going strategically stopping and observant rushing vehicles that is in inconstant speed.
When the police, ambulance are coming in different direction ~ player will need to take it as priority!

How to control?
Stop: click on the vehicles that need to be STOP.
Speed up: Double click on the vehicles that need to SPEED UP.
