What is it about?

Trainerso is an app to help train a player's ability to check their shoulder and identify what is going on around them. Simply set up your session settings and set your device in a location you want your player to check. Press start and begin your drill. It's that easy! You can set it to show colors, numbers, or both! You also have the ability to set the timer interval in which it changes. This time interval can be a constant time like 10 seconds or you can set it to change at random intervals between two different times like 5-15 seconds to keep the player guessing. You have the ability to set your preference of light or dark mode within the app without having to change it device-wide and you also have the option to play an audible sound that triggers when the screen changes to a new number and/or color (be sure to turn on Ringer and Alerts and set to full volume in Settings!). There are a total of 6 different colors to choose from (or use them all!) and you can use all of the numbers 0-99 or specify your own subset to use within that range. All settings that you set are persisted once they are saved allowing you to easily start your next session without having to set it all up again saving you time to focus on the training. This is a must have app for those wanting to take their game to the next level and dominate on the pitch!
