With an easy-to-use interface, this app is intended to provide a convenient way for supervisors in Hong Kong based small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to better understand the value and purpose of cultivating a family-friendly workplace, to learn more about what it means to be a truly family-supportive supervisor, and to get some practical tips and strategies on how to create a more harmonious, family-friendly work environment that allows employees to thrive. More specifically, there are a number of well-designed modules on offer, which cover topics from understanding family-friendly policy initiatives to how to establish a creative blueprint for family-friendly employment practices and much more.
