Transform-Fit is a unique fitness platform. In this application you will find different directions: Yoga / Fitness / Stretching / Recovery after childbirth / Timer for training. Authorization is not required.

Each section contains a large database of exercises( asanas), a video of the "watch-repeat" type with a visual technique and a detailed description.

For classes using our application, you do not need to have special equipment or go to the gym, you can study at home or even on the road. The level is suitable for both a beginner and an advanced user.

You can independently form a workout by adding exercises(asanas) to your favorites and form a list as it is convenient for you. Also, a timer is available to you where you can make a timer training for yourself.

Strength training-has a workout for home, without using special equipment, for all muscle groups, all you need is to choose the right muscle group, exercise and repeat after the coach. You can make different workouts for all muscle groups.

Hatha Yoga - In this case, we give examples of basic asanas that are suitable for both beginners and beginners. By composing them in a sequence that suits you, you will be able to choose small warm-ups or full-fledged yoga complexes.

Stretching-has several sections, such as:" Warm-up"," Flexible back"," Longitudinal twine "and"Transverse twine". Using the presented exercises, you can achieve the desired results by composing them in a convenient sequence for you.
