Travel Goodie

Travel Goodie is a tracking app. It can track your luggage or important belonging while you are traveling.

Travel goodie uses any beacon device to register within application and can give you notification once you are in range of the beacon which is assigned to any of your luggage.

You can use this app for multiple purposes. You can track your luggage, Kids, Pets by a detection of 70 Meters of Beacon's ideal range. This range totally depends on the beacon's quality.

Firstly register yourself to the application.

Here are the steps to register your beacons in Travel Goodie app.

Register your beacon you are using to find the your luggage

-> in Beacon Registration Process to set Beacon Major number and UUID of your beacon to identify the beacon .

-> If you have purchased new beacons you MUST register it’s Application or Website. (For example you Buy Estimote beacon . so you can download Estimote App . and register your detail.)

Then you go into beacon section. in this section you found your surrounding beacons. If you found your beacon to click on and you see beacon detail.(Name, UUID, Major, minorMotion UUID … etc)…so you can change UUID and Set major minor in this section.

please note - you set same major and uuid of beacon as you have set in your beacon application .

-( Major values are intended to identify and distinguish a group – for example all beacons in on a certain floor or room in your venue could be assigned a unique major value. )

- UUID stands for Universally Unique Identifier.  It contains 32 hexadecimal digits, split into 5 groups, you find this using your beacon application.

-> After entering your luggage name to track via beacon you have to switch on to start tracker ,when your product arrives near you will be notifed through notification.If you want to delete or edit beacon, product just swipe.

This app may drain your battery life as it uses location service in background to detect your luggage.
