Travel.Pal

A multimedia guide designed for those who love to discover the untold stories behind the streets of the cities. Travel Pal is an audio guide which carries the traveler through the history of the different landmarks.
Travel Pal uses the GPS position and offers a multimedia content (text, photo and audio) adapted to the user’s location.

Various functionalities are available for the users:
- radius of interest filters the Landmarks to a specific area,
- presentation maps with markings of the Landmarks,
- route setting to the Landmarks,
- multilanguage support (Romanian and English) including the audio files,
- social media integration

This app is part of the project CulTour, A multimedia guide for promoting the cultural heritage values of Bucharest, financed by The Administration of the National Cultural Fund.

Content is available for Bucharest and others cities will be uploaded in the future.
