Pandora's Box is an artifact from the Greek mythology. The 'box' was actually a large jar given to Pandora which had all the evils of the world. At present the phrase 'to open Pandora's box' means to do an act that might look as it is small or innocent, but that turns out to have cruelly harmful and significant consequences.

The heroine of our today's game has an interesting believing and an explanation about the Pandora's box. The adventurist Josephine Marlo believes that the Pandora's Box was actually a metaphor about a huge mountain full of gold and diamonds, not just a box and therefore the troubles about it. Josephine also believes that the priests from that time wanted to avoid a possible world war that could break out since probably many people would like to be owners of such a treasure. That's why they invented the legend that the box is hidden in this place but no one is allowed to go there because the one that will open it will actually free the biggest evil in the world. No matter what explanations are there, Josephine still believes that the mountain is full with secret treasure.
