Tremor Test

Characteristic tremors are symptoms in many medical fields and illnesses, e.g. in Parkinson's disease, drug or alcohol withdrawal, hypothermia, multiple sclerosis.

The app is specifically designed for medical usage e.g. neurologists and psychiatrists, doctors, students, or patients performing a self-check. It has an easy to use interface, graphed results and an optimized test procedure.

It uses spectrum analysis for all 3 axis of the accelerometer to detect the amplitudes of frequencies between 1 and 20 Hz during a 10 second test interval. The accuracy level as been optimized to 0.1 Hz. The amplitude ranges from 0-3g with a resolution of 1 milli-g. Therefore, it is very accurate in detecting even slightest tremors of healthy persons. The graphed results can be further interpreted with help of the information section.

Moreover it has a test history for the previous 15 tests, mailing and screenshot feature of tests, audio and vibration notifications and customizable test settings.
