Trenches falls between boxing fitness classes, often lacking proper boxing technique, & pure professional boxing gyms, catered to professional boxers.

Whether you're a professional boxer, a seasoned amateur, or a newcomer, we believe boxing is for everybody. It is a way of life, of being in the world rather than just a sport.

We want to take the intimidation out of the professional boxing scene and invite everyone to experience the empowerment of being in the ring.
