App Store Description

The Tribe Social Fitness App is for residents who live close to Tribe Social Fitness, Sydney. Members of Tribe Social Fitness and non-members are able to book classes, monitor their food, record personal best performances in terms of Weight Training and Spin Classes, as well as place their orders for our home food delivery service.
Booking classes: Book large classes and small group training.
Large Classes have between 20-30 people per class. These classes include circuit classes as well as Lift Classes (weight training class), Spin and Mat Pilates.
Small Group Classes include Reformer Pilates and Group Personal Training. Maximum of 8 people in Group PT and maximum of 6 in our Reformer Pilates classes.
Group Personal Training is a one hour session broken up as:
10 minutes warm up, stretching and mobility work.
40 minutes of full body compound weight training lifts to ensure you train every muscle in your body. You will perform exercises such as Squats, Deadlifts, Pull Ups (band assisted if needed), Push Ups, Shoulder Press, TRX Pull Ups – just to name a few of our exercises.
10 minutes cool down, stretching and mobility work, foam rolling.
Try our Reformer Pilates classes with the best Instructors in Sydney. Only 6 in a group. Benefit from the personal attention as you work your full body concentrating on your abdominals, gluteals, legs and arms. Reformer Pilates will work your muscles in a way that is unachievable lifting regular weights.
If seeing progression in your training is important to you, track your personal best performances with our easy to use “PB Lifts’’ section of the App. Here you can record your best Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Pull Ups (unassisted or assisted. You can also record your best calories burned in Spin Classes.
Monitoring your food is made very easy. Simply take photos of your meals, and our App will arrange them in chronological order by month > day > meal. For those that use a Personal Trainer at Tribe, it makes tracking your food quick, easy and accurate. That’s the ultimate in accountability. Nutrition is critical when it comes to achieving your best body shape.

To guarantee results, our App enables you to order our home food delivery service. Must live within 15 kilometres of Tribe Social Fitness, Taren Point, Sydney. You can order:

You can choose between medium or large meals. All meals have been balanced with protein, fats and low glycaemic index carbohydrates. It is a 40/40/20 split in terms of Protein: Fat: Carbohydrates.
