Trinity General
What is it about?
Trinity General is a MyChart Digital Front Door App for the Trinity General Hospital System. Trinity General uses the Epic EHR to manage all the information systems of the hospital. The app uses the MyChart SDK to integrate the Epic EHR data into the app. With the app a patient can look at test results, review medications and order refills, message with their care team, schedule appointments, share records, and manage all of their MyChart patient data related to the health system. The patient can also utilize 21 other non-MyChart features including AI Symptom Checker, Patient Support Chatbot, Locations, Directions, Uber/Lyft Rides, Social Media, Appointment Booking, Doctor Search, Hospital News, Donations and Covid 19 Information among others. The app is a significant improvement over the generic MyChart app currently used by many Epic hospitals. The app was developed and the MyChart integration was done by Health Software Inc., a healthcare software development company based in Dallas PA. More information about the app can be obtained by calling Charles Cheskiewicz at 570-371-9646.
