Welcome to TRIO Pre-College Programs (TPCP)! TRIO PCP is comprised of two college access programs, 100% funded by the US Department of Education, hosted by Finlandia University. TRIO Talent Search (TRIO TS) serves participants in grades 6-12 in the western portion of Michigan's Upper Peninsula. TRIO Upward Bound (TRIO UB) serves participants in grades 9-12 in the Copper Country Intermediate School District.
