Trio Visit is a complete visitor management system that increases productivity while generating cost-savings. Visitors register themselves using the self-registration client Trio Visit that runs as an app on an Ipad. The visitor can search for the name of the person they are to visit and the possibility to give personal information such as mobile number and car registration number. As the visitor registers him/herself, the person the are visiting receives a message via SMS or e-mail that they have arrived.

Trio Visit also has a queue ticket function, where the visitor takes a ticket and waits for an agent to come free.
