The Tripbod app allows you to search the global network of Tripbods. When you find the right Tripbod for your trip you connect with them through our website where you can leave messages and get advice on your trip via an interactive calendar and map.

A Tripbod is your friend at the other end - a trusted local person who you can get in touch with before you go to help you make plans for your trip. You can ask questions, get feedback on your itinerary, add ideas to your map, chat on instant messenger. Before you go, you can print your trip plan off to take with you.

You connect with a Tripbod directly through Tripbod.com. Tell them what you want to do when you are there and they will tell you how to do it. They will also give you great local tips on some of the more hidden gems or exciting 'one-offs' that haven't made it in to the guidebook.

If you have a specialist interest, or a specific purpose to your trip, you can find someone who can give you specialized advice.
