Triumph

Welcome to Triumph - the all-inclusive student and parent app for primary & secondary schools in the UK!

Triumph has been designed to integrate directly with the SIMS Management Interface System (MIS) which is used by many schools in the UK. The Triumph app has the power to harness data which is relevant to you from your school's MIS and deliver it directly to your phone in an easy to read and easy to navigate manner.

NOTE: YOUR SCHOOL MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TRIUMPH LICENCE FOR YOU TO LOG IN AND USE THIS APP.

Areas of data that can be shared with you are chosen by your school, but can include:

- Timetabled Lessons
- Daily Overview (including lessons, lunch times, attendance, detentions & report cards)
- Exam Timetables
- Exam Results
- Daily Report Card Feedback
- Calendar Events
- Lunch Money*
- Print Credit**
- Detentions
- Behaviour Logs (incidents & achievements)
- Attendance (analysed by lesson, registration session or subject)
- Teachers & Staff
- Documents (including assessment and progress reports)
- Notices (posted by the school)
- Parental Consents
- Parental Contact Details (including email addresses, phone numbers and home address)

Triumph comes with write-back ability included as standard. This means, if your school has enabled the functionality, that parents can add, amend or delete their email address and telephone numbers held on file without contacting the school. Parental consents can also be updated.

You don't need an extra set of login account details to use Triumph - instead you can use your login details from your favourite provider: Facebook, Apple, Google, Twitter, Microsoft, Office 365 or SIMS ID. Once you've logged in once - you're good to go! As long as you use the app at least once every 40 days, Triumph will keep you logged in.

Triumph has been built to support TouchID and FaceID when unlocking the app if it's been left dormant. You can also set a password to get back into the app, or just rely on your phone's pass-code instead.

If you have more than one child at a school that supports Triumph, you can easily switch between different children's data without needing to login again.

Push Notifications are also supported with Triumph allowing you to be kept up to date when new Achievements, Incidents or Detentions have been recorded and when the school posts new Notices that are relevant to you.

You can choose to unsubscribe from Triumph push notifications in your device’s ‘Notifications’ screen, or by visiting the Settings page in the app. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information about what data is stored by your school if you opt in to push notifications.

*Lunch Money support requires your school to use Nationwide Retail Systems (NRS) Ltd's Trustee software solution for cashless catering and requires the school to have the Trustee Webservice installed.
**Print Credit support requires your school to use PaperCut's MF software solution for printing.
