For the Loan Against Property, the details are as follows:

Sourcing Interest Rate Range (as per Pricing Grid): Minimum 11.00%, Maximum 21.00%
PF%: Minimum 0.13%, Maximum 0.38%
Annual Percentage Rate (APR): Minimum 11.13%, Maximum 21.38%

The Tenure of loans offered from Truhome Finance will range from 12 Months to 25 years
