What is it about?

The SmartLoad app provides three modes of operation for your bicycle training needs. Manual mode, allows you to easily select a percentage of maximum load that will be provided at all bike speeds. Target Power mode enables you to choose a constant wattage to be controlled to independent of bike speed or pedal cadence. Wind-Grade mode lets you elect the headwind and road grade and automatically changes resistance based on your bike speed.

The SmartLoad app provides three modes of operation for your bicycle training needs. Manual mode, allows you to easily select a percentage of maximum load that will be provided at all bike speeds. Target Power mode enables you to choose a constant wattage to be controlled to independent of bike speed or pedal cadence. Wind-Grade mode lets you elect the headwind and road grade and automatically changes resistance based on your bike speed.

There are supplemental views that allow you to customize parameters for your bike type and weight and road conditions. This app also provided a calibration routine to allow the system to be tuned to match your bike's parasitic load and changes in roller resistance due to environmental conditions.

Lastly it provides capability to update the TruTrainer SmartLoad device firmware via the BLE wireless connection.
