TSQCare app is a facility management solution for Times Square employees and residents.

This app allow users to raise a ticket for any issue related to the organization or apartment.An automated complaint number is generated against the ticket which is then forwarded to the admin for review.The user can track the status of complaint by ticket id.Admin can review the ticket and assign a person to look for that complaint.Once a complaint is resolved, ticket can be closed by admin/assigned person.
