Created by physicians for physicians: TURF is a mobile application that will allow Quebec’s health care system to enter the 21st century. As a virtual office and a secure platform for referencing, TURF allows its users to benefit from efficient, simple and confidential follow-ups with their patients and promotes two-way communication between referring and consulting physicians.

Register quickly in just a few clicks in order to create the most accurate profile of your practice. Select your specialty, your subspecialties, your field of interest and expertise, your primary workplace and secondary workplaces, all of it from our pre-established database. As soon as your identity is confirmed you can start to navigate the TURF universe and benefit from its functions that will improve the quality of your practice.

TURF allows its users to list all of their active patients by adding personal clinical notes that can also be shared with all the physicians involved in the management of the patient’s care. Alarms can easily be set in order to prevent important omissions in regard to an upcoming appointment, test or pathology results. Send an instant message within the app to your contact person in order to set an appointment or exams, thereby eliminating the risky use of post-it or loose sheets.

Turf also makes it possible to refer patients in addition to receive communications. Thanks to the doctor directory, find the right doctor for your patient by researching by specialty, subspecialty, health facilities, cities, group of doctors or regions. The consulting physician then confirms the management of your patient, informs you of the timeline for the consult, organizes the required tests and exams prior to the visit with you or redirects your patient to another doctor who is best qualified to manage the patient. With TURF, we will eliminate faxes, unnecessary consultations, double consultations and patients who fall through a crack while optimizing communication between referring and consulting physicians, as well as the quality and the efficiency of care.

While also improving the quality of your practice, Turf finally allows you to relax and let go. On holidays, at a conference or simply unavailable, with a single click you can set your profile to the unavailable mode to let your colleagues know in complete peace of mind that you cannot be reached.

TURF is a mobile application that works with a paid subscription that is automatically renewable via in-app purchases.

You will have to pick between these two subscriptions that are automatically renewable:
- 1 month (14,99$ CAD)
- 1 year (149,99$ CAD)

Your subscription will be charged on your Apple account when you confirm your subscription package and will be automatically renewed at the end of each period of the package selected.

At any time, you can manage your subscription through your Apple account in the section “subscriptions”.
