We don’t just want 5 exercises to sculpt our booties (although that will happen naturally). We wanna sculpt our minds into being more open, our souls into feeling the moment, our hearts into seeing the beauty in who WE ARE, our fear into courage to live out LOUD.

The Turn Up isn’t JUST a workout program. It’s a rapid growing women’s movement where we PUSH LIMITS and BARRIERS that we have set for ourselves, we come together as women and empower one another to be multifaceted, to make ourselves a priority, to stop playing small & live out our dreams. Our version of dance fitness is the vessel & it’s different than any dance fitness you’ve ever experienced. These workouts are intentional, fun, and life-changing! It’s movement, it’s getting to know yourself, and your body, it’s being present, and it’s developing your craft, your authenticity, through dance! And yes we mean dance in a literal sense, but metaphorically as well. You will be challenged, but you will find yourself owning it like never before. Yes, Turn Up means to dance ruthlessly, live loudly, and evolve unapologetically…but the first definition of Turn Up, in the dictionary is: to be found by chance, especially after being lost. And that’s what we do. That’s why we are the Turn Up. We lose ourselves in the process and come home to ourselves every time.
