As a user, you will meet your second circle only, that is friends of your friends that you choose. Thus, the chat is safer and more comfortable, and you can always consult the connector for his opinion.

The users are grouped by Circles, which is defined by the will to meet through a specific mutual friend, which doesn't have to use Tuti himself. The user can join as many Circles as he likes and thus see more potential partners, from different social circles.
