5) One-on-one live video counselling sessions
6) Emergency contacts and useful online resources

The app provides a comprehensive program of daily therapeutic activities as well as weekly counselling that enables users to identify issues and take action to change. All activities can be facilitated from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
