The UHG CLL Sort application is designed to be a resource that enables UHG employees to: learn about CLL, perform self or employee sorts, and view results from the convenience of their mobile devices.
UHG CLL Sort features encompass the following benefits:
• Learn – Familiarize yourself with the practices associated with the CLL library that aligns to your role. Each library includes high-level descriptions and specific actionable behaviors, taking the guesswork out of what good looks like. You may also explore common questions about the CLL framework.
• Develop Awareness – For yourself and your employees (if applicable), assign each practice a rating, from highest to lowest, in order to build awareness around personal strengths and development opportunities.
• View Your Results – View or email the results of your sorts so you can plan next steps and take appropriate action.
