In the application there are 7 sections: banner – UISP informs – pace speed – my personal information – blisters – report – alarms.
In the section “my personal information”, among other things, there is a function to calculate the heart rate to the best of your health, and two procedures in order to do the pace test to the best of your health.
The blisters are weekly and they include 30 pills 10 minutes each ( to be ticked when you get them)
THE PROJECT “COME TOGETHER YOUTH EWOS 2016
The application UISP ACTIVE is an instrument of the project “Come Together Youth EWOS 2016 (for gathering young people within the 2016 Sports European Week).
Come Together Youth EWOS 2016 wants to organize an event in 6 EU countries to promote the slow exercise for health and raise awareness of young Europeans (aged 16-18 years) on HEPA and WHO Global recommendations on physical activity for health.
Main project’s components are training of sport organizations’ operators and physical education school teachers, education modules in schools, Ewos Sport Event.
Come Together is a slow sport event which consists of walking quickly or running slowly. It is a sort of ‘reversed match’ with a highly symbolic meaning because the teams, constituted by little groups with the same foot speed, will not leave so closely but will arrive all together, contrasting the traditional idea of one winner.
