The Ultimate Weight & Wellness app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Envision Wellness Center. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Envision Wellness Center patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Envision Wellness Center provider. Communicate with Envision Wellness Center in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Envision Wellness Center patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Envision Wellness Center patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Envision Wellness Center uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
