What is UMed Healthcare?
UMed Healthcare is an app supports patients to receive checkups for lifestyle-related diseases at home by combining online medical care and home visits.
With this app, you can receive online medical care by doctors from your home. The nurse will perform the examination at home, and after credit card payment, the prescription will be sent to your home.

In addition, you can check your appointment information for online medical treatment and examinations by nurses, and view your past consultation records.

Currently, the service is available in Shibuya, Shinjuku, Nakano, Suginami and Setagaya.
The prescription will be mailed to you. Please pick up your medication at the nearest pharmacy when you receive your prescription.
You can receive online medical treatment at your home or office if you can secure a private space. It cannot be done in public places such as train stations or café.

This is recommended for the following people
People with abnormalities in HbA1c, cholesterol, triglycerides, high blood pressure.

About online medical care
A consultation/diagnostic is charged. The payment will be made by the credit card registered in the application.

About home examination
You can make an appointment with the doctor during the online consultation. Appointments can be confirmed on the app, and a nurse will visit your home. Vital measurements, blood collection, urinalysis. are covered by the examination.
