REACH YOUR SPORTING, WELLNESS AND NUTRITIONAL GOALS

You'll be able to track your progress through a range of functions: from your application, you can access your dashboard.


Get back into shape, create a sports routine, lose weight, work on your cardio, strengthen your muscles, take up sport, feel good about your body, for all these objectives. Un peu chaque jour accompanies you through a variety of training programs, which you can do at home, outdoors, in the gym, with equipment and at body weight.
Each exercise is explained with an explanatory video (over 500 video exercises) of the movement, the number of repetitions to be performed, the load to be used and the rest time to be taken.

You'll be able to add your own sports and nutritional programs to your schedule.


You'll also have access to a load calculator in your session, and you can add notes so that your coach can keep track of your progress, your feelings and your difficulties.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Use the statistics tracking module to analyze your progress over the short, medium and long term (weight, BMI, calories/carbohydrates/lipids/macronutrients/proteins consumed). Let Un peu chaque jour keep track of you, and challenge yourself to continue your efforts.

Within the application, Un peu chaque jour offers a monthly subscription (3 months, 6 months) as well as an annual subscription.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed if they are not cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be billed for the next subscription period up to 24 hours before the current subscription expires. You can manage your subscription and deactivate automatic renewal at any time by changing the settings in your Apple account. By subscribing, you agree to our terms of use and privacy policy.
