Unitize

Unitize is a society management app. It helps you manage your housing society from your iPhone. 
You can add and manage multiple properties, view notice and get to know what going on in your society, cast your votes in society meeting right from the app, get notified about events in and around your society, raise complaints and track them, add family members so that they can also get familiar with society affairs, mange your vehicles, manage your personal staff, sell used items within your society and book classified directly from the Unitize App.
If you are in the committee of your society you will have access to Admin Panel within the app. Admin panel depending on permissions given to you, will let you manage users of society, manage committee members, manage society staff, publish notice, create polls, access flat information and history, tenant list, manage and resolve complaints, monitor security of your society, manage tasks related to society, manage vendors, post events in your society or around, manage facility bookings and give access to society staff to Unitize Console.
