What is it about?
The Approval app is based on the Approvals framework of the IFS which involves multiple approvals steps requiring different users to approve it. The Universal Approvals tracker allows managing approval of an entity. An approver receives a notification when an approval request is assigned to him. The user can review the details of the approval request and drill down to the next level to further analyse it. He can then chose to approve or reject the same and add notes along with. i) View pending approvals as a manager/approver
ii) View entity details like Approval details, attachments, history etc.
iii) Download and view attachments from IFS
iV) Add notes
