Located along highway 101, the project boasts freeway signage and identity, convenient access to all parts of the Peninsula and East Bay, and a 5,200 square foot roofdeck with Foothills and Bay views. US will total approximately 210,000 square feet on 4 floors, with a 4,200 square foot skylit atrium to flood the building with natural light. Parking for the building is located underground, as well as in an adjacent parking structure that is connected to the building by a 3 level bridge. Additionally, US will have an exclusive shuttle to downtown Palo Alto and the Caltrain Station. Construction will be complete in Q3 of 2016!
